Privacy notice

This page explains how JobWrap handles purchases and the details you send us.

Who you’re buying from

JobWrap is sold by Van Birch, operating as Axiom Solutions. Receipts come from Axiom Solutions, and card charges appear as AXIOM SOLUTIONS.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing details and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.

What our start form collects

After checkout we ask for your name, company name, email, optional website, and the details we write from: project name or type; town or area; what you did; materials or details worth naming; how long it took; what changed for the client; client quote (only with their ok); photo links (optional). Please don’t include personal information about your clients. Campaign parameters and the referring page may be included to understand how you found us.

Why it is collected

Only to deliver what you bought and to contact you about your order. We don’t sell your information or add you to unrelated marketing.

Processing and access

Form submissions are processed and stored with Cloudflare (Workers and D1). Access is limited to the business owner and the operations assistant working on your order. AI writing tools may help draft your copy from the details you send. The owner reviews and approves every delivery before it is sent. Never paste private records, passwords or guest information into this website.

How long we keep it

We keep your start-form details and the copy we write for you while your plan is active, and delete them within 90 days after it ends (for a one-time purchase, 90 days after delivery). Ask at any time and we’ll delete them sooner. Payment records are kept by Stripe and in our order records for tax and accounting.

Contact-page messages

When you send us a message through our contact page, we keep your name, email and message so we can reply, and delete them within 90 days after we’ve dealt with your request.

Your choices and contact

To ask for a correction, deletion of your details, or no further contact, send us a message on our contact page.
