Terms of service

This page explains how JobWrap handles purchases and the details you send us.

Who you’re buying from

JobWrap is sold by Van Birch, operating as Axiom Solutions. Receipts come from Axiom Solutions, and card charges appear as AXIOM SOLUTIONS.

Plans and payment

Plans are purchased through Stripe checkout at the price shown on this website. One-time purchases are charged once. Monthly plans are charged at checkout and then each month until you cancel.

What each plan includes

One Project ($59, one time). 1 finished project written up as a website project page plus 3 social posts, in 3 business days, plus 1 round of edits.

Crew ($129 a month). Up to 4 finished projects each month, each written up as a website project page plus 3 social posts, delivered within 5 business days of your start form or renewal. Up to 2 edit rounds per project per month. Unused projects and edits do not carry over.

Builder ($249 a month). Up to 10 finished projects each month, same deliverables, delivered within 3 business days, in one consistent company voice. Up to 2 edit rounds per project per month. Unused projects and edits do not carry over.

Timing

Business days are Monday to Friday (US Eastern time), excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times start once we have everything the start form asks for. If something is missing, we let you know, and the time starts when you send it.

You stay in control

Everything is written only from the details you send. You review it and decide where and whether to use it. Licenses, insurance, awards, warranties and client quotes appear only if you supply them.

Cancelling

To cancel a monthly plan, send us a message on our contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you won’t be charged again.

If we can’t deliver

If we can’t deliver the plan you bought, we will refund that payment.

What we do and don’t do

JobWrap writes website project pages and social posts about your finished jobs from the details you send. It does not post to your accounts, certify work, or make claims about licenses, insurance, permits or warranties you did not supply.
